1bet Terms and Conditions – Your Rights, Our Rules, and Everything In Between

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1bet ("1bet", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 1bet website at 1bet-jit.net, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 1bet, including sports betting (PSL, football, and all other sporting events), casino games (Andar Bahar, Roulette, Poker), virtual sports, and the 1bet VIP Club. Separate product-specific rules may apply to certain games or promotions and will be clearly displayed within the relevant section of the 1bet platform. Those product-specific rules form part of these Terms where applicable.

1bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and announced on the 1bet platform. Continued use of the 1bet platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the 1bet platform and contact support to close your account.

To open a 1bet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1bet does not permit players under 18 to register, deposit, or bet under any circumstances.
• You must register using your real, accurate personal information – full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You may hold only one active 1bet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of reason.
• You must not be self-excluded from 1bet or any other gambling platform due to a problem gambling self-exclusion in force at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing 1bet from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.

1bet conducts identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) as part of the account opening process and at subsequent points during your use of the platform. You are required to provide documentation as requested, including but not limited to a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. 1bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account that fails to complete KYC to the required standard.

All financial transactions on the 1bet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1bet accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 1bet is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit limits apply for VIP tier members. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your 1bet wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal at 1bet is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed according to your VIP tier: standard processing within 60 minutes; Gold members within 30 minutes; Platinum members within 15 minutes; Diamond members within 5 minutes. Processing times refer to 1bet's internal processing – your payment provider's own transfer time may add a small additional period.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. 1bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 1bet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals from bonus-funded play are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
• 1bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 1bet's control and are your responsibility.
• In cases where 1bet identifies unusual or potentially fraudulent transaction patterns, withdrawal processing may be paused pending investigation. 1bet will notify the player and resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

The following rules apply to all sports and virtual sports bets placed on the 1bet platform. Additional product-specific rules are displayed within each betting section.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by 1bet's system. You will receive a bet reference number for every accepted bet. If a bet is not confirmed, it has not been placed regardless of any display you may have seen on your screen.
• Odds: All odds displayed on 1bet are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 1bet is not responsible for odds displayed during any technical delay between your screen and the server.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum bet at 1bet is Rs 100 for most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event. Limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Void bets: 1bet may void a bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; there is a manifest pricing error; the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or a technical error prevented the bet from being correctly processed. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's 1bet wallet.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to protect the integrity of the odds. 1bet reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.
• Accumulators: If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if the voided leg(s) were not included, and the odds adjusted accordingly.
• Results: Official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport are final. 1bet does not override official sporting results.

1bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms (minimum odds, eligible games, expiry date, and wagering requirements) which are displayed alongside the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all 1bet bonuses:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the standard registration and KYC process at 1bet.
• The welcome bonus (currently 100% match up to Rs 10,000) is available to new 1bet players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per payment method, and per IP address.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. For example: a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) count towards bonus wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. Bets at lower odds do not contribute.
• 1bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms – including but not limited to duplicate accounts, third-party payment methods, or abuse of promotional terms.
• Bonuses expire within 30 days of being credited unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
• VIP Club bonuses (weekly cashback, monthly reload, birthday bonuses) are governed by the VIP Club terms available on the VIP Club page.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Multiple accounts: Creating, using, or controlling more than one 1bet account in any capacity.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to 1bet.
• Bonus abuse: Using any strategy specifically designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, including but not limited to: matched betting across accounts, exploiting pricing errors, or using automated tools.
• Match manipulation: Betting on the outcome of any sporting event that you know or believe to be subject to manipulation or corruption.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated tool, bot, script, or third-party software to interact with the 1bet platform in a way not permitted by these Terms.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity, using a payment method not in your own name, or providing false or misleading information during KYC.
• Money laundering: Using 1bet to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• VPN / proxy use: Accessing 1bet using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to conceal your true location or identity.

1bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available in full at 1bet Privacy Policy. By registering at 1bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, 1bet collects data for the following purposes: account registration and identity verification; processing of deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements; fraud prevention and AML compliance; customer support and communications; and improvement of the 1bet platform. 1bet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 1bet holds about you, and to request correction of any inaccurate data. To make such a request, contact 1bet support at support@1bet-jit.net.

1bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, match manipulation, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• A chargeback dispute is raised with a payment provider.
• At the player's own request (account closure or self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 1bet's discretion after full investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, all cleared real-money balances will be returned via the original payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact 1bet support via Live Chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

1bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. All of the following tools are available to every 1bet account holder free of charge and can be activated immediately via the account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your 1bet wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Receive an automatic notification and optional session end after a time period you specify.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing (1 day to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets. The period cannot be ended early once set.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or for a defined long-term period (minimum 6 months) remove your access to the 1bet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

1bet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1bet takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or data transmission issues.

1bet's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the incident. 1bet accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from internet connection failures on the player's side.
• Losses arising from failure to receive or act upon real-time odds updates due to connection or display delays.
• Any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in relation to deposits or withdrawals.

1bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographic errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available on the 1bet website at 1bet-jit.net/terms-conditions and is marked with a "Last Updated" date. If you do not agree to any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of 1bet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or the operation of any game at 1bet, the following process applies:

1. Contact 1bet support within 30 days of the disputed event, providing your account details, bet reference number, and a clear description of your dispute.
2. 1bet will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a full response within 7 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with 1bet's response, you may escalate the matter in writing to our senior disputes team, whose details will be provided in 1bet's initial response to your complaint.
4. 1bet's decision on matters of fact – including the settlement of any bet outcome – is final once all available evidence has been reviewed.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the 1bet platform. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body.
